Made with a rich chopped tomato base, our pizza sauce contains caramelized onion pieces that impart a velvety texture. Its balanced flavor lets subtle notes of garlic and oregano shine through. 

Uses; This pizza sauce is the perfect consistency to spread easily, without being too runny (which could make the dough soggy).  

Distinctive attributes; Nothing rivals the taste of Italian tomatoes ripened under the Mediterranean sun and seasoned with fresh, locally grown aromatics. Velvety texture, comparable to a homemade sauce, partly because they are prepared in small batches and cooked over an open flame, the same technique traditionally used by Italian mammas, allowing the water to evaporate gradually.
