Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at: hello@thepearco.ca to discuss it with us.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was in when we shipped it. Your item must also be in its original, and unopened packaging.
To protect our shoppers, several types of items are exempt from being returned because of their nature. Pillows, mugs, earrings, reusable straws, beeswax wraps, beard products, hats, bows, as well as all products from our bath and body collection cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Please do not send your purchase back to the Artisan.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Refunds do not include any shipping charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Late or missing refunds
We will notify you once your refund has been processed. If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@thepearco.ca and we will be happy to assist you.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@thepearco.ca . If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product once we've received the defective/damaged one. We will only exchange products that are defective or damaged. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
