Sugar Cookies Cookie Mix

All the baking ingredients to make Sugar Cookies.

Simply pour the mason jar ingredients into a large bowl and add almost melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.

In a separate bowl beat egg, vanilla, and peppermint extract (optional) until light and fluffy. -Combine the two above mixtures and mix until well blended.

Cover bowl and chill in fridge for 1 hour.

On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out to 1/4 inch in thickness. Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters. Place cookies 1.5 inches apart onto a cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the cookie edges are lightly browned.
